Max. Dimension Value of the products that our extruding machine can produce.

 

The technology data of extruding machine are : the Mas. Diameter of extruding
tube=182.8MM, the Max casting ingot diameter=177.8MM, The Max. Diameter of
mold=350MM(thickness is 180MM), mold support max=310MM,
The Max. Specification that the 2100T extruding machine can produce is below:
(1) Solid plate (using wide-expanded entirety mold structure) Max. Broad Bmax X Max.
Thickness Hmax is about 250x85(MM) e.g. Aluminium plate etc.
(2) Hollow rectangle shape(using wide-expanded entirety mold structure) Max. Broad
Bmax X Max. Thickness Hmax is about 140x140(MM)e.g. Solid, bollow rectangle
shape bar, rectangle cooled sink etc.
(3) Hollow shape (using wide-expanded halved flow assembly mold structure) Max.
Outside diameter is 190MM e.g. Tube.
(4) Max. Outside diameter of finish draw tube, bar is 95
(5) The dimension value of the Min. Aluminium tube is :
O.D= 4MM, I.D=2.2 MM.
